The reigning-champion Las Vegas Aces are adding another former All-Star to their already-stacked roster

On Friday, the Aces announced the signing of WNBA veteran guard Tiffany Hayes.

Hayes replaces the roster spot vacated by rookie guard Dyaisha Fair, who was waived by the franchise this past Sunday.

Hayes, 34, announced her retirement from the WNBA this past December during an appearance on the Counted Me Out podcast. But, it appears the idea of playing with the back-to-back champs was enough to get her back in the game.

After her collegiate career with the UConn Huskies that saw her win two National Championships, Hayes was selected by the Atlanta Dream with a second-round pick in the 2012 WNBA Draft.

Hayes averaged 13.6 points per game through her 11 WNBA seasons, earning her All-Star selection in 2017. She most recently suited up for the Connecticut Sun in 2023.
