The Clippers asserted their dominance from the beginning, launching a 23–2 scoring run in the first quarter and increasing their advantage to 65–47 by halftime. They sustained their control throughout the game, outscoring the Nuggets 27–13 in the final quarter. Kawhi Leonard spearheaded the effort with 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 assists. James Harden added 20 points—all in the first half—along with 9 assists and 6 rebounds. Norman Powell and Ivica Zubac contributed 20 and 19 points, respectively. For the Nuggets, Nikola Jokić achieved a triple-double with 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 13 assists. Jamal Murray also scored 23 points, but the team faced challenges with shooting accuracy, making only 7 of 26 attempts from beyond the arc. Michael Porter Jr. was hindered by a shoulder injury, and the bench offered limited assistance.

Looking ahead, the Clippers' win shifts the momentum in their favor as the series progresses to Game 4. The Nuggets must regroup and rectify their shooting difficulties to prevent falling further behind in the series. Game 4 is set for Saturday, April 26, in Inglewood, California.
